Is it safe?
Our products were created with safety as a top priority. This product does not contain any harsh chemicals or abrasives.

What can I use it on?
All Paul Lashton formulas are safe to use and have been tested to work with the following straws: Toquilla, Milan, Raffia, Shantung, Seagrass, Sisal. For other types of straw, we recommend testing on an inconspicuous area.

Do your solutions contain any harmful dyes?
No, our solution does not contain any dyes whatsoever.

Will your solutions cause “yellowing” to occur? 
Absolutely not. Our solutions are tediously tested to not discolour straw. 

What is Paul Lashton Cleaner made of?
This product is made from natural soaps derived from coconut and other organic oils.

How does Paul Lashton Cleaner clean and condition?
Oil, grease, dirt, grass stains, etc. are easily removed by emulsification.  Natural oil cleaners within the solution provide a conditioning property after each cleaning.

How often should I use your treatments?
You can use any of our cleaning solutions once a day. Reasonably, we recommend using cleaning your hat at least once a week for maximum longevity. For our protection solution, we recommend treating your hats once a month. 

What type of payments do you accept? 
We accept major credit cards Visa, MasterCard and AMEX and PayPal as payment.

Is paullashton.com a secure site? 
Our site is 100% secure with safety in mind. All credit card information is transmitted over a secure connection.

When will I receive my order?
Typically, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.  Once shipped, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email including your tracking information.  For domestic orders, delivery times vary between 1-5 business days depending on location and service chosen.  For international orders, delivery times vary between 5-10 business days depending on location and service chosen.

I never received my order, what should I do?
In rare cases, packages can get lost in the mail. If your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.
